Hydro Asphalt Technologies HYDRO-ASPHALT is a cold application, quick setting, hard wearing, skid resistant, heavy-duty asphalt.

HYDRO-ASPHALT is used for new road building, resurfacing existing roads and repair / maintenance of dilapidated roads and potholes.

The product is a combination of stone raw materials and a secret formulation consisting mainly of bitumen emulsions. These raw materials, commonly found in most geographic locations are systematically combined to form a long lasting asphalt. The product has a superior strength making it a trafficable, hard wearing and skid resistant waterproof surface.

Historically, cold application asphalts have a very bad reputation of not working and only being a temporary measure for repair and maintenance of roads, which is very true. They also require a very controlled environment to manufacture even though they are inferior. HYDRO-ASPHALT defies all those short comings and baffles the "old school of thinking" with respect to, cold application asphalts.

HYDRO-ASPHALT can be mixed anywhere in the world, under the most difficult of conditions,all that is needed is a dry working environment, raw materials, implements and unskilled labour. This raw material is mixed / graded specifically to certain requirements (very easy process) and then is added proportionately to HYDRO-ASPHALT's formulation that comes in bulk (Barrels or massive bags). It is then stored in bulk, bags or taken to site immediately and laid.

This manufacturing can initially be done purely with unskilled labour and basics implements, thereafter, once cash flows are right then bigger pan-mixers are used to increase production.
